Jonathan Aston have teamed up with Celia Birtwell, the British textiles queen, to create this supremely feminine floral design, the Mystic Daisy tight. Birtwell is most notably inspired by the Classics and Modernist painters like Matisse, and this print is not far from the late Impressionist veneration of enhanced natural beauty and the techniques of blurring and surreal exaggeration. The 'mystic grey' daisy theme is set against a matt backdrop all along the leg, making these tights understated, without dulling their impact as a fashion statement.
