In the winter I love a warm, opaque hold up and these are just lovely. They are super soft with a matte look and very opaque. The band is flat and should be discrete but the silicone goes right up to the edge of the band and this does cuase it to curl a little which makes it feel like they might roll down. They don't. I've worn them loads with no slippage at all. These and the Cette Helsinki 60 Denier Opaque Hold Ups are now my two winter favourites.
The one thing I can't undestand is why I haven't bought these in the past? I love Aristoc as a brand, the Aristoc Ultra Shine Hold Ups are all time favourites, they're a bargain, they stay put and they look great.
