Bought 70 denier Matt opaque in 11-13 for school. My 11 year old is always around the 50th percentile for height, so average, and a bit below that for weight. These Little Legs tights fit beautifully, are "very comfortable" and look great. Recommend. Would love more colours - what about red?

Thank you very much to Keri for helping me find the ideal school tights for our daughter. The ones I'd bought at our local school outfitters had gone terribly baggy after just a couple of washes. (I probably bought too big a size, which didn't help!). I'd contacted various retailers but UK Tights offered the best customer service, which gave me great confidence in the products. We got Age 9-11 and these are liked by our daughter, who is in Year7 but petite. The material seems firmer in its stretch so better quality. I've now ordered more tights for other occasions as there is a great choice on the site.
