Noir Absolu is French for "pure black" or "absolute black". The name of the items tells you all you need to know about this wonderful item. It is a super opaque tights design but one that is not knitted to be woolly or fluffy. This means it is made with a dense material that is as dark and rich in colour as obsidian and it has a wonderfully velvety feel. This is one of the most comfortable and smooth items in our opaqque tights range and a testament to Fogal's quality.

Fogal hosiery are the finest you can buy: available in different sizes (no more crotch drop or wrinkly ankles!) a cotton gusset, flat seam at the toes and the ‘comfy waistband’ (bliss!) And these 110d are fabulously black throughout. I was bereft when Fogal closed its London stores- but U.K. Tights to the rescue!
