These Italia tights from Sarah Borghi are quite striking. When worn with a long skirt, the intricate black Italia design at the thigh would be hidden. The design gives the impression of a mock stocking with the faux strap that connects the rest of the design to the solid black panty brief. The leg is dark blue-grey with a matte finish.
