I won't go into the details of how, as a man in the monotony of lockdown, I ended up trying on a pair of knee highs, but I quickly discovered they were far more pleasant to wear than socks. After experimenting with a few different brands, I discovered these and they were a revelation - they are like wearing fresh air. But the biggest surprise is that they seem almost indestructible. A couple of weeks after receiving the first pair I ordered a second, but now 2 months later I still haven't opened them. After almost daily wearing around the home, in town, for cross country walks, gardening and car cleaning, plus regular washing of course, the original pair are still going strong.
