Zlata is one of Giulia's most detailed designs of the season, but one that's quite straightforward. Rather than the highly detailed quasi-argyles they have done elsewhere or the neo-Renaissance patterns popular in their backseams, they have done something far more reserved. Lurex is straightforward and elegant, going with anything and catching your gaze without being over the top. But it's also immensely rich in detail too, with a million tiny pin pricks of glitter like the stars in the sky. This is how you balance detail and elegance perfectly.
