Canton is perhaps the most geometric pattern in the new Trasparenze collection this year, and whilst it is not from the same lineage as the rest of the designs, it is still a welcome addition to the range. The perfect tessalating diamonds and the richness of the deep, verdant green make this a design that is striking but also mellow respectively. But it is not entirely different from the rest of the designs in the range, though. With the arabesque pattern and the rich green, it is clearly inspired by the art of the Near East, like many of the Trasparenze designs this season.
