These are the best trainer liners I have come across. They stay in place, are comfortable and unseen. I have worn these with running trainers and even though they are quite thin they are very comfortable and don't unhook themselves from the heel as some other trainer liners I've tried have. I've also worn them walking with Converse shoes which I find quite uncomfortable 'sockless' and they are very comfy and can only just be seen at the heel. I am a size 8 and these are a good size. Overall, very happy.

Having tried many different trainer liners over the years, I have found these Silky socks to be the best yet! I take a size 8, and have a wide foot previous brands that I have tried are ok for a short time, but once you start walking around they soon work loose from the heel and start to ruck up under the foot. The Silky liners stay firmly in place all day and are invsible under my Converse pumps. Absolutely fantastic!!!
