I was very impressed by the quality of these hold ups and I was so disappointed when I developed an allergic reaction to the holdup band. The fabric was very soft and had a good stretch lengthwise too. The stocking top was seamless and very comfortable and stayed in place all day without a hitch. I was so impressed that I ordered three more pairs. Unfortunately for me, on the second wearing I had an allergic reaction to the silicone band so I had to return all the extra pairs I bought. If you aren't allergic or sensitive to the holdup band as I was, then I would say ditch the other brands are switch to these. I really thought I'd found the perfect holdup but sadly I couldn't tolerate whatever was in the holdup band.

Lovely fit, look good, decent band that stays up but doesn't dig in so no thigh bulge and have washed well. I have 5 small dogs and they have been resistant to paw n claw damage. Knocked spots off the costly Wolford equivalent..
