This is Wolford's very first mock stockings design and it is easily the most accomplished first attempt we've ever seen. The overall, finished product is far more simple than the work of their contemporaries. The strikingly minimalist approach Wolford has taken actually attracts people's eyes rather than making them ignore it or miss it. As with a small amount of black on a blank white canvas, sometimes the simple speaks louder than the complex ever could. A beautiful and accomplished tights design.
