The support is comparable to a lot of medical grade pantyhose but they are not as thick and hot. They are easier to put on and the panty is not a control top which also makes them cooler and more comfortable. They have a slippery feel under trousers. They are not quite as durable as the medical grade, but they are less expensive.

These tights fit well and stay in place. I would have given them 5 stars but they laddered/went into holes rather quickly , this inspite of wearing gloves when putting them on.

Disappointing, Charnos is my usual go-to for bra's so assumed this was a winner but: I am 5'10 with a healthy BMI. I had to order the extra large but the waistband was so tight. The tights laddered within 4 hours of wear. The support was a bit too much on my heels and both heels were sore at the end of the day. The support doesn't allow the skin to breathe & there is no brief/knicker section in these tights.
