Plumetis is a tights design with a polka dot pattern. The humble polka dots is simultaneously the most stylish thing in the history of hosiery, and the most versatile and elegant. It goes with literally everything, but pops and jumps up off the fabric too. This version is the black on black version. An attention grabbing multicolour version is out there, but this is the more traditional of the two.
