The Best Of Paris Fashion Week 2025

Paris Fashion Week 2025 has recently wrapped up, so we thought we would do a wrap up too. We love Paris Fashion Week. It is a time of year that is simultaneously far too short and also too long. It’s too long, because it is so big, and that means thousands of photos to sift through in a review. It’s too short because, well, we love fashion. We can only want more of this amazing week of style delights. So here we have compiled a list of the stuff we liked the most, the stuff that we really adore. Some of it is about leg wear, but some is about fashion in general. Just things that stood out to us as beautiful and interesting and head turning. Let’s take a look.

Chappell Roan Looked Like A Giant China Doll

Chappell Roan has been around now for short while as a style icon as well as a great pop star. She has gone through a few rapid evolutions in style too. Right now, she seems to be going for the doll look, a mixture of coquettish dresses and mannequin make up. It is a powerful look and one that is hard to pull off. Her porcelain skin and curly red hair naturally lend her the ability to pull all this off though. She is very well suited for it. What was really special about her Paris Fashion Week 2025 look is just how turned up to 11 it was. Massive tent, nay, pavilion dresses. Big clomping doll shoes. Bows everywhere, and big ones at that. We love it, it is superbly whimsical. Want to do something like this? Choose traditional stockings in a lighter shade for that porcelain look.

Nara Smith Wears Some Lovely Lacy Leg Wear

Nara Smith, the influencer and model, looked absolutely superb. Of course. Her dark skin contrasts with the pale pink of her faux fur coat. And contrast is the basis of a memorable look. But of course it is the tights we are interested in. Smith wears white lace tights, a further contrast to her darker features. Lace tights are always feminine, and always a good choice for a delicate and demure outfit. White tights are something that people really haven’t gone for for years though. Thankfully, it is white lace tights like these that are rehabilitating the reputation of white tights. Ms Smith looks great, and we think you will too, wearing something like this.

Paris Fashion Week 2025 Brings The Cloche Back

It’s an interesting resurgence, the Flapper Girl phenomenon. It comes back, from time to time, but never in full force. Just bits and bobs influencing fashion in the moment and then fading away again. Well now the entire ensemble can be flapper girl easily, and it looks great. We are glad to see it back. It is effortlessly stylish and always a bit cheeky and fun. Fashion loves to return to trends, but we are very glad this one is on the rotation. Lace top stockings should be a perfect traditional choice, but more decorative than plain tops.

Understated Clothes? Colourful Tights!

The dress you see here isn’t that understated. It is pretty bold. But it still has plenty of black space and a certain simplicity to it. This is a great way to offer yourself a staging ground for your more colourful tights. Bright orange ones like this are a bolder choice, but you don’t have to go that far. Something like this is beautiful and full of life. And is a very easy and inexpensive way to turn heads.

Colourful Clothes? Understated Tights!

The opposite is also true regarding simple outfits going with outrageous tights. If you are going to go for something really bold with your clothes, best pair it with something very simply. How about a pair of very sheer tights? They are almost invisible. But they also hide blemishes and are perfect for adding a little colour and glow to your skin. This makes your legs look superb, and yet doesn’t overcrowd your outfit.

Jessica Alba Wore Swirling Patterned Tights

Isn’t simplicity the essence of good fashion? With Jessica Alba’s outfit, it is most definitely is. The cream coat, the black leather shoes, and of course some patterned tights. With plain on plain everywhere, tights can provide a splash of excitement if they are patterned. We would argue they are the best suited, in fact. And not just because we sell them, but because they are the part that moves as you do. This means they catch people gaze more easily. We adore this about tights, and so they should often be the thing that is most rich and complex.

Cruella de Vil At Paris Fashion Week 2025

The devilish vibes are strong here. This kind of fashion diva look predates the Cruella de Vil character. But we think it is the most iconic example. Or maybe the Disney villain has has been dethroned by Miranda Priestly from The Devil Wear Prada? The former has the more iconic outfit of course, animal prints. Luckily, in the fashion world today, it really is prints and not pelts. You can get this exact look with a pair of plain black sheer tights. But what about swapping out the heavy animal coat and transferring the spots to the legs? A great pair of leopard print or spotty tights is a real pleasure.

Forget The Flapper, Long Live The 1970s

The 1920s is not the only decade to enjoy a re-emergence. The 1970s also saw some amazing new popularity too. These kinds of go-go-dress-inspired items are a fun and colourful choice. We love how they pop and jump out at us. And they are almost always multi coloured, with a base and an overlaid pattern. This keeps things very interesting, and we love how cheery it looks. Wear any colour that compliments or contrasts without clashing with the dress.

Ripped Tights At Paris Fashion week 2025? Surely Not…

We cannot possibly condone the act of defacing a beautiful pair of tights. But we are responsible for covering this event and general fashion news. Ripped tights are a thing in the fashion world, so here we are. If you are going to go for this look, then go ahead, but pair it with something really casual. It has to have that punk rock demeanour to look good. Otherwise you look like you’ve taken a tumble. And get some run resist tights to make sure they don’t completely fall apart. You can get one or two holes in it but they will stop from running completely.

Wacky And Whimsy

There’s always space in you outfit for something striking and shocking and head turning. It should stay as a part of your accessories though, general speaking. This may it makes an impact, but isn’t the focus. The above photo is one of the most striking and bold examples of colourful tights at Paris Fashion Week 2025. They are probably a one-off design for the event, so don’t expect to find them anywhere. But crazy prints and densely packed designs are always a good thing to go. Blue, The Forgotten Tights Colour

It’s true, not a lot of tights these days are blue. Unless you count navy of course, then there’s a fair few. But a lot of tights brands class navy as something else. Not because it isn’t a blue, but because it’s super popular. It makes it easy to find it on its own. That is because other shades of blue are just so seldom worn, so filtering them out is handy. This is a sad state of affairs. Blue tights are lovely and capable of so much. We think there should be more of them, to be quite frank. Leggings are getting more popular than before, and they were popular then too. There were a lot of leggings at Paris Fashion Week 2025. But we saw examples like these that were being worn as pants. They are perfect for having the ease of yoga pants and the smart presentable look of proper pants. If you want this look and this level of convenience, you can. Commando is a great brand for exactly this. You’ll look smart and yet not need to put in any more effort to do so. A dream situation in our busy lives.
