Canada Tights have all the virtues of their hold ups counterpart. The delicate motifs, the pencil seam, the calligraphy. Everything about them is rich and decidedly French. But tights are even more suited to seams than hold ups, in a way. The extra material around the bottom gives the designer an opportunity to keep their seams climbing and keep your legs lengthening.
